Joseph (“Joe”) Haffner is a graduate of Mt. Carmel High School in Chicago, IL. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University as an Evans Scholar. Joe went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in 1991. He worked for Martin J. Healy & Associates from 1991 to 1993. Joe has been in private practice since 1993. Joe has tried and settled many personal injury and workers' compensation cases, securing total settlements of well over $50,000,000. Joe also handles hundreds of residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as many business litigation issues, each year.
